D & A Testing Services strives to positively impact the health and safety of workers and the general public. D & A employees are highly trained in testing procedures and are also federally certified to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.

9:00 am - 11:00 am
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Closed Holidays and Weekends
DOT CDL Physical Examinations, Non-CDL DOT/Medical Card Physical Examinations and Paternity testing must be scheduled.
Call ahead for breath alcohol testing.
